How to Perform
- 1
Roll onto the left side with legs stacked, left arm extended in line with the body.
- 2
Bend the left elbow and rest the head in the palm, keeping ribs lifted away from the floor.
- 3
Bend the right knee and loop the first two fingers around the right big toe or use a strap.
- 4
On an exhale, extend the right leg toward the ceiling as the right arm lengthens, keeping the pelvis steady.
- 5
Hold for 3–5 breaths, lower the leg with control, and repeat on the second side.
