How to Perform

    Sit tall with the spine erect and shoulders relaxed.

    Use the left hand to gently close the left nostril, breathing solely through the right.

  3. 3

    Inhale steadily, then exhale through the same nostril, maintaining a smooth rhythm.

  4. 4

    Keep the jaw and throat relaxed while the breath remains even.

  5. 5

    After several rounds, release the hand and return to natural breathing.
