How to Perform

    Hook the right leg behind the head from seated, then lower onto the elbows and back.

    Support the head with the hands or clasp the foot to keep the leg secure.

  3. 3

    Extend the opposite leg forward, breathing steadily to maintain the bind.

  4. 4

    Return to seated, release the leg, and repeat on the second side.
