How to Perform
- 1
Begin in Dvi Pada Viparita Dandasana with hands interlaced behind the head.
- 2
Walk both feet toward the head and plant the palms beside the ears, fingers toward the heels.
- 3
Lift the head slightly, extend the neck forward, and draw both feet close to the hands.
- 4
Grip each ankle with the corresponding hand, pressing feet and elbows firmly into the floor.
- 5
Arch the trunk by stretching shoulders and thighs, hold 10–15 seconds, then release the ankles and exit back through headstand or Upward Bow.
