How to Perform
- 1
Stand tall with feet hip-width and hands on the sacrum.

Lift the chest, engage the thighs, and lean back while keeping the hips forward.
- 3
Reach the arms overhead, continuing the arc until the palms meet the floor.
- 4
Once grounded, straighten the arms and lengthen through the spine.
- 5
To exit, bend the knees, press through the thighs, and return to standing with support if needed.
