How to Perform

From Eka Pada Sirsasana with the right leg behind the head, plant the palms beside the hips.

Walk the hands forward and hinge from the hips as the torso folds over the front thigh.

Root the sitting bones down while spreading the back ribs to create space.

Keep the back leg active and long, breathing evenly into the back body.

Slowly lift the chest, release the leg, and repeat on the second side.
