How to Perform
- 1
From Downward Dog step the right foot forward, drop the left heel, and reach the right hand to the inside of the right foot.
- 2
Thread the right arm under the leg, bend the elbow, and clasp the outer right foot with the right hand.
- 3
Press firmly through the left palm as you rotate the chest open and begin to straighten the right leg forward.
- 4
Lift the hips, extend the left arm overhead, and gaze up toward the left hand while breathing evenly.
- 5
Release with control, return to Downward Dog, and repeat on the opposite side.
